24/7 Message Alerts

Email or text alerts empower you to respond immediately to the latest situation from the field. All displayed on live map with audio notifications.

Alerts Overview

ScorpionTrack Fleet's unique alert system allows you to create alerts that can be assigned to either any individual vehicle, group of vehicles or the entire fleet. Receive instant updates when the alert is triggered - 24/7 - on any device that you choose. Alerts can be set up to notify multiple users via both SMS (text message) and email simultaneously. Alerts have three different notification severity levels which are 'Alarm', 'Warning' and 'Notice'. This enables you to categorise events and decide in seconds if intervention is required.

Text Alert Bundles

All email alerts are included with the standard subscription price; however alert texts are optional and can be purchased in packaged bundles of 100, 500, 1000 or 5000 depending on the size of your fleet and your requirements.

Alert Schedules

Alerts can be configured with user defined time schedules, for example you may want to enable an alert only after working hours, or either on weekends/weekdays only. ScorpionTrack Fleet's flexible alert system enables you to configure all aspects of an alert to the unique operation logic of your fleet and your business.

ScorpionTrack Fleet's unique alert system allows you to set up alerts for more than just the standard speed and movement alerts provided by other fleet management systems. There are a variety of multi-functional alert types which are listed below.
