A subscription with any ScorpionTrack tracker gives you access to our mobile applications and the 24/7 monitoring feature.
WHAT DOES 24/7 MONITORING MEAN?
If your tracker detects unauthorised movement, it will notify our monitoring team, who will contact you to confirm a theft and then liaise with the police to retrieve your vehicle. Our monitoring center is open 24/7 every day of the year so you know your vehicle is always being monitored.
CAN I SET UP A SUBSCRIPTION AFTER PURCHASING A TRACKER?
Yes, you can set up a subscription whenever is convenient for you by simply calling us. After purchase without a subscription, our team will contact you to set you up an account, we also offer aย monthly subscription optionย when purchased via phone.
WHAT IS A “LIFETIME” SUBSCRIPTION?
Our lifetime subscription offers you the benefit of a heavily discounted one-off payment to cover you for the duration of your ownership of the vehicle the subscription is purchased against. The cover is not transferable to another vehicle or customer in the event you no longer require the subscription.

Enhanced Vehicle Security
ScorpionTrack DRIVER S5-VTS protects against all known methods of vehicle theft including techniques used by modern day thiefs such as โrelay theftโ, โkey cloningโ or various means in which the vehiclesโ on-board computer is hacked remotely
Automatic Driver Recognition
Automatic Driver Recognition (ADR) tags provide immediate theft detection if the vehicle is stolen without keys. Supplied with an Automatic Driver Recognition (ADR) tag โ if the vehicle is moved without a tag detected, the unit sends an alert to our 24/7 Monitoring Centre who, in turn, will contact you immediately to confirm whether a theft has occurred.
Optional Immobilisation*
Adds an additional layer of security that is independent of the vehicle manufacturerโs in-built immobilisation. Customers opting for this feature benefit from two types of immobilisation:
Automatic Immobilisation*
The vehicle will only start when a ADR tag is present. This feature can be armed and disarmed within the mobile app.
Remote Immobilisation*
In the event of a vehicle theft with the ADR tag, our Vehicle Recovery Specialists can remotely immobilise the vehicle, preventing the engine from being restarted if automatic immobilisation has not engaged.
