Last updated: June 2026

1. Agreement

By registering for the Scorpion Group Affiliate Programme (“Programme”), you (“Affiliate”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). This Agreement governs the relationship between the Affiliate and Scorpion Group (“Company”, “we”, “us”) in connection with the promotion of our products and services.

2. Programme Eligibility

2.1 Participation in the Programme is subject to approval at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

2.2 Affiliates must be aged 18 or over and, where applicable, must be legally permitted to enter into commercial agreements in their jurisdiction.

3. Affiliate Obligations

3.1 By joining the Programme, you agree to promote Scorpion Group products and services in a fair, honest, and positive manner that accurately reflects the quality and value of our offerings.

3.2 All content published in connection with the Programme must:

  • Be factually accurate and not misleading
  • Comply with all applicable advertising standards, including ASA guidelines (UK)
  • Clearly disclose the commercial nature of the relationship where required by law (e.g. “#ad” or equivalent)
  • Refrain from making unsubstantiated claims about our products or competitors

3.3 Affiliates must not publish content that, in our reasonable opinion, is disparaging, defamatory, or likely to bring the Scorpion Group brand into disrepute.

4. Content Standards & Brand Guidelines

4.1 Affiliates are encouraged to review and follow any brand guidelines provided by Scorpion Group. Use of our logos, trademarks, or imagery must comply with these guidelines.

4.2 We reserve the right to request the removal or amendment of any content that we determine, at our sole discretion, reflects negatively on our products, services, or brand. Affiliates agree to comply with such requests promptly.

5. Commission & Payments

5.1 Affiliates are eligible to earn commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate link, at the rate set out in the Programme dashboard at the time of the sale.

5.2 Commission payments are subject to verification and will not be paid in respect of:

  • Fraudulent, invalid, or self-referred transactions
  • Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or charged back
  • Sales generated through prohibited promotional methods

5.3 We reserve the right to withhold or forfeit commission payments where, in our reasonable judgement, an Affiliate has published content that is negative, misleading, or otherwise in breach of this Agreement. Any withheld amounts will not be carried forward.

5.4 Commission is payable only once a minimum threshold is reached, as specified in the Programme dashboard.

6. Termination & Removal

6.1 We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove an Affiliate from the Programme at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that:

  • The Affiliate has breached any term of this Agreement
  • Content published by the Affiliate reflects negatively on Scorpion Group or its products
  • The Affiliate has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical conduct
  • Continued participation is otherwise not in the best interests of the Company

6.2 Upon termination, any unpaid commission relating to a breach of this Agreement may be forfeited.

6.3 Affiliates may also choose to leave the Programme at any time by notifying us in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Scorpion Group accepts no liability for any loss of earnings, indirect, or consequential losses arising from participation in, or removal from, the Programme.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Programme following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By registering as an Affiliate, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
